KING SOLOMON. ECCLESIASTES

(The book of Ecclesiastes)  

So God said to him, “I will give you wise and discerning heart, so that there will never have been anyone like you, nor will there ever be. Moreover, I will give you what you have not asked for both riches and honor so that in you lifetime you will have no equal among kings.”

(The First book of Kings, ch.3, v.12-13.)

Not only was the Preacher wise, but also he imparted knowledge to the people. He pondered and searched out set in order many proverbs. The Preacher searched to find just the right words, and what he wrote was upright and true.
